The Event was highlighted by a dazzling team of choristers who took to the podium with beautiful hyms and songs with an open speech by Ambassador Bishop Sam Owusu.
Personalities such as, Gifty Ohenere Anti, Obaapa Christy, Ohemaa 4040, Pattinson Papa Nii, Diana Asaomoah & others were Present to grace the occasion.A heartfelt speech was delivered by the guest of honor, Gifty Ohene Anti to empower all women to stand firm and fight for peace and development of the society and country, especially with the upcoming elections. "Your Word matters, therefore let's not backout from promoting peace", she said.
International Women of Peace Awards (IWPA) is an event that's organized annually to acknowledge and empower women who promotes peace and help nation development.
